1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Your first name and email address
• Your description of your biggest time management frustration
• Your voice and/or text conversation during the Diagnostic session

Information we generate:

• Your time management archetype classification
• Performance dimension scores and analysis
• Root cause analysis, alignment gap, and personalized action steps
• A conversation transcript
• A PDF diagnostic report

Information collected automatically:

• UTM parameters (if you arrived via a marketing link)
• Basic session data required to maintain your Diagnostic session

2. How We Use Your Information

• To conduct your Diagnostic conversation and generate your personalized report
• To email you your diagnostic report and transcript
• To send you a reminder if you don't complete your session
• To send you marketing emails about MakeTimeFlow products and services (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• To share your report and transcript with the MakeTimeFlow team to improve our service and potentially follow up with you
• To analyze aggregate patterns to improve the Diagnostic

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Diagnostic:

• ElevenLabs — Provides the AI voice conversation engine. Your voice audio is transmitted to and processed by ElevenLabs' servers to enable real-time conversation. ElevenLabs may temporarily store audio and conversation data per their own privacy policy. We have configured a 30-day retention period with ElevenLabs, after which conversation audio is deleted.
• Anthropic (Claude) — The AI language model that powers the diagnostic analysis. Conversation content is processed by Anthropic's API to generate your archetype and recommendations.

4. Data Retention

• Your diagnostic report, transcript, and contact information are retained indefinitely in our database unless you request deletion
• Voice audio recordings at ElevenLabs are deleted after 30 days
• Conversation transcripts saved in your browser's local storage expire after 24 hours

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your diagnostic report and conversation transcript are shared with the MakeTimeFlow team (founders and staff) for service improvement and potential follow-up. We share data with the third-party services listed above only as necessary to operate the Diagnostic.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your diagnostic data
• Request deletion of your diagnostic data
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted credential storage, and session-based access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Diagnostic is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Diagnostic, please contact us and we will delete their data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
