The Diagnostic is an AI-powered conversational tool that analyzes your time management patterns and generates a personalized report including an archetype classification, performance dimension scores, root cause analysis, and action steps. The Diagnostic is informed by research from Dr. Narath Carlile, MD MPH.

2. Not Medical or Professional Advice

The Diagnostic and all associated content are for informational and educational purposes only. Despite Dr. Carlile's medical background, the Diagnostic does not constitute medical, healthcare, psychological, or professional advice. The AI-generated results are not a substitute for professional consultation.

You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the Diagnostic results. MakeTimeFlow is not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences arising from your use of the Diagnostic or reliance on its results.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Diagnostic. By using the Diagnostic, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Diagnostic results, including your archetype, scores, and action steps, are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or generalizations. Results should be considered as starting points for self-reflection, not definitive assessments.

5. Conversation Recording

Your voice and/or text conversation during the Diagnostic is recorded and processed to generate your report. By using the Diagnostic, you consent to this recording. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and used.

6. Email Communications

By using the Diagnostic, you consent to receive emails from MakeTimeFlow, including your diagnostic report, session reminders, and marketing communications about our products and services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

7. Intellectual Property

The Diagnostic, including the archetype framework, scoring methodology, and action step generation, is the intellectual property of MakeTimeFlow. Your personalized report is provided for your personal use. You may share your results but may not reproduce or commercialize the underlying methodology.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Diagnostic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeTimeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Diagnostic.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Diagnostic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
